Sleep...

The first resolution for the month.

Beauty sleep
Of at least 8hrs

The
Simple-ist
Yet
Difficult to achieve

Temptations is the root of this evil
by tv, movies, programs
by Friends, family
by work, housework
Many others
Agree?
11pm latest every day
Is what i have set
with the exception of 5days a month
Where I can sleep late
Pre-empting some entertainment needed or simply just want to marathon my Korean dramas

Usual routine:
my routine beauty care
lower the lights
Prep my bed
Lie on bed
Slowly doze off
Good nightie!
